Announcing the Nurse Log Wiki Site
A Paid Feature of Nurse Log Notes
Happy Monday,
I hope that you all had a lovely weekend.
One of the things I’ve had in the works for some time is my Wikipedia-like site with back information, specialized definitions, and theories I am drawn to. There are entries on theories I am developing, like birthright and convincement culture, concepts like “powerful practices,” “religion of empire, and religion of creation,” as well as entries on various models I draw upon and thinkers who inspire me. I decided to make this a bonus feature for those who have a paid membership to the newsletter. That means it is password protected, but paid members can access the password at the bottom of this newsletter!
My wiki is inspired by the idea of a “digital mind garden” from Anne-Laure Le Cunff of Ness Labs in “You and Your Mind Garden.” Other great examples:” Maggie Appleton’s, Andy Matuschak’s, and Tom Critchlow’s.
The Nurse Log Wiki, as I’ve named it, is a kind of “B-Sides” to the Nurse Log Notes the newsletter. These are the footnotes, the backstories, and the overflow ideas that need an easy place to rest. If you like it, keep it bookmarked. It is powered by the app, Obsidian, which is my preferred note-taking platform (they have a great educational discount if you’re interested).
The content below was originally paywalled.
There are plenty more notes coming soon (I have about 25 more in the queue).
Thanks for being a paid member to the newsletter! And let me know if you have any questions about how to use it.
