I"m in the process of self publishing a book "You Are My Refuge, Self guided forgiveness for survivors." The core of the are prayers written in the structure of the Disciples' Prayer. These prayers were given to me in the Silence for my healing more than twenty years ago. Accompanying the prayers are stories, Scripture and spiritual exercises.
